Still rainy July

Hi everyone, Life is so hectic, trying to keep up with my monthly blog. I don't know how i managed when I was working full time, must be getting older. i was invited to Grove rd church for sunday afternoon tea and it was lovely. I met a chinese friend there who told me that my other chinese friend was having a farewell the next sunday so i was able to go to that as well. After the chinese service translated into english my frind gave her testimony as she just got married and was going with her husband as missionaries to work in croatia. The chinese food was delicious. i had fresh crabs which are delicious. I had french girls staying with me for 12 days i had to take them. They sat in another room with their music and books for the service and enjoyed the chinese food so much so that the next sunday i took them to the imperial for lunch which they enjoyed. I also took them for a sunday roast one sunday and had fish and chips onother day also pizz take away apart from cooking then meals. One of them wrote in a thankyou card that she enjoyed the food. their english wasn't very good so i had to speak english and translate into french. One saturday evening I showed them Beatrix potter's film on DVD and translated the whole film. it was worht it because they enjoyed it. Evenings they had homework so they didn't want to go out so i had a rest and read books. I did take them to hanning fields reservoir and maldon promenade and freeport for shopping. The tuesday group we are having a break, healing rooms too So I want to do some painting of my gate and fence and varnish my front door weather permitting. and clear out some correspondence that's the plan anyway have to see how much gets done. I took the girls to Mulburry funday I missed church 2 sundays because it would be boring for them. I had my gas boiler serviced. The stdents went to Cambridge instead of London because of the bomb scare and visited a museum when it was a sunny day. They didn't enjoy it much. i have enjoyed singing in the choir. i missed swimming to go to practices. i went to Writtle church for a farewell praise party. I spoke to new girl in welcome point but she is only here for a few months on a course. then another couple who were visiting. Today healing rooms was brilliant with good news that a lady was healed form a hip operation that kept coming out of the socket and 1 lady gave her life to Jesus and 2 ladies who came from Newham were baptised in the spirit and spoke in tongues. We are moving premises in September. My friend Betty hasbeen in Broomfield that kept me busy and now she has passed away what a shock, still life goes on. So I havenot done much sightseeing this month being rather preoccupied with french students that i enjoyed having and visiting Betty. The girls were 13 so I couldn't leave them on their own. today i had an impromptu visit from a friend from Gloustershire, Swindon actually he wasn't flooded. He stayed a short time as he was visiting somebody else.
i was thinking about nothing can separate us form the love of god. What I noticed was it said the present and the future not the past so i gave it some thought and came up with the only thing of the past that I can think on are testimonies of God's goodness tome to bless others. Amen
