Mystery May

Hi Everyone. The Lord is at work in our lives so we can shine through for him for the Glory of the Church. Amen
Life has been like a whirlwind for me. I cannot get through without sitting at His feet. The Blossoms have already gone before I can once again tell you what I've been up to. I shall start at the beginning. Saturday 21st I went to a prayer meeting for persecuted churches. We prayed for a Lady imprisoned in the Congo. She was freed and back in Britain 2 weeks ago only to hear that she is going back there to help free other christians unlawfully imprisoned. What a brave Lady, she certainly needs breakthrough prayers. The co op Quadrant in town had roast dinners for £3.00 for 3 weeks which I took advantage of with 3 friends and then we were given 2 free tickets for 2 which I used up too. Praise the Lord for His provision. I took a friend to the bluebell woods on the way to Mrgaretting for a walk and had some lunch out. God has been gracious in our Lydia intercession group as we have seen a shift in our prayers being answered. All the Glory goes to Him. Amen. The Lord has been moving in our tuesday morning group . The Lord binding us together as we build a trust in one another and being in alignment with the Lord in what he wants to do. We felt we needed a break for a few weeks and start afresh in June meeting fortnightly. the Lord is in control. Healing rooms WOW A buddist gave his life to Jesus and was healed. We have witnessed miraculous heelings. OUR GOD IS ABLE AMEN. Sorry too many Amens!! I took a friend for a cataract operation and the Lord has undertaken for her while she has been with me with no complications. I took her home this morning. I need to take her to the optician and back to the hospital for a check up next week.
I was blessed at the ladies day and I have been showing the DVD to a few people since. Swimming is enjoyable I'm improving and persevering to keep fit along with my daily workouts with Rosemary Connelley.
I'm now in May: I went to the meadows party for volunteers. I was knitting for the third world and got everybody knitting while we were there. the young people's worship leader was there to sing some christian songs that lifted me up in a secular environment. I started learning worship dance i'm so excited about this You can't imagine. I managed one of Bob's teaching and I have shown the DVD to some friends. I went to Tile KILn chapel and bought some plants and my frind had a cream tea. I wanted to go and see Liz abseiling but it was too wet for me to venture there. My prayer time with a friend has been good as we listened to God and prayed specific prayers and saw specific answers as He promised. I went to the mayball with a friend. I have never been to a ball. the meal was scrumptious the people on our table were fun. It was really comical on the dance floor. Everybody looked different smartly dressed. I had a long turquoise dress one of my favourite colours which I had made to measure cheaply in Mauritius for when I use to sing in the opera, with tuquoise glitter in my hair that my hairdresser put in streaks & turquoise nail varnish. I enjoyed the ladies lunch but I had to go early so I missed the dessert but I don't eat dessert anyway, healthy eating. Last saturday I went to hear Sharon Stone in London with some friends. We went to a pub for dinner before the evenng meeting and as we walked in we saw Chelsea score a goal. I was so excited because my nephew in Mauritius suppots Chelsea. I sent him a cap and a flag among other things so JHe went to friend for dinner with his sister to watch the match and celebrate because they have it live there with a time difference. At that meeting I had an apt word for a lady and before we left she gave me a beautiful scarf with I love Jesus and Praise the Lord in gold with other designs on it. I was doubly blessed. this morning i went to the breakfast bar in Melbourne and showing off my scarf. I had a friend come on tuesday with her mum to have aftenoon ta and watch Miss Potter on DVD. It was much fun. Thursday I took friends to Mulberry to a ladies day. It was alovely evening we had a lovely walk round the grounds. This posh young Lady spoke she was an evangelist pastor in a girls boarding school. She was brilliant reminding us that we are created by God and He had chosen us, knew us and that He had a plan and a purpose for our lives. It was a good reminder. Well that's it for now folks.
A THOUGHT: Promises always come by grace, Promises always come on time, Promises always come with joy, Promises always come with instructions. Keep on believing in the promises of God Amen, my last Amen!!

Sunny April

Hi Everyone, Since I updated my blog all went wrong now I'm back spasmodically due to hectic life. A qick rundown of what I have been up to and finding time to fit work despite my busy social christian activity life.
I went to a Lydia Intercession link day in Mountfichet near Stansted Airport. Learnt a lot besides praying and encouraging each other to persevere in prayer and believe God to intervene and spiritual Warfare. The Lord has proven faithful in our lydia prayer group in Danbury. A few of us meet on tuesday morning in each others house that has been very refreshing. We honour God for what He is doing among us. I have been involved with a friend who suffers from depression and encouraging her. I took her out for lunch at the Prince's restaurant 5 * no less that really cheered her up. I took up to now 6 volunteers from luncheon club out for a day. that cheered tem up tremendously too. I have learnt to get alongside people living on their own by God's grace as He dares to use me. I do take my neighbour and her sister and 2 other friends to the Breakfast Bar every 2 months which is very good. lovely spread of breakfast and a testimony. The love there is infectious. The saturday evangelism went very well for me I had very good conversations and showed one person round. her comment was that the main hall was like a theatre WOW. I went to my bridesmaid hen party. We a sumptuous chinese lunch and a get together in her friends house. we sang choruses and prayed for her. We all had words for her it was a precious time. I took my neighbour to Writtle college for a walk and a coffee at the garden centre, friendship evangelism she thoroughly enjoyed it. She has lived in Chelmsford all her life and has never been there. Can you imagine. Healing rooms has been so encouraging we praise the lord for His miracles in healings galore,salvation and spirituals gifts to new comers desiring a touch of God. His faithfulness is limitless. I helped with the catering at Stella's funeral after a day's work. the Lord was graciuos again. Keith comes to luncheon club and he enjoys it. I took a friend to the the service in the town on good friday then we had a coffee in the Baptist church and then we went to visit her friend in a nursing home in Bocking. It was a lovely ride there. The saturday I went to my friend's wedding in Epping Elim then a buffet afterwards 3 of us went from Chelmsford and to the reception afterwards. Lovely christian wedding. easter sunday I missed Elim I went to see a friend in Farnborough we went to the Elim church in Aldershot where Liz & Dave use to go. then I took her to see Amazing grace i had already taken another friend to see it in Braintree. very good portrayal of the christian faith. easter monday we went to see her sister in reading who has a 1 year old boy. it was all fun and visited her friend too. i came home tuesday morning and did jobs in the home. I meet with a friend to encourage her in prayer and listening to God fortnightly on wednesday evening that has been very refreshing. The ladies meeting was hosted byRobyn weeks it was agreat reminder. We just need to get down to prayer, perhaps start with the prayer chain which has been encouraging at times with answers to prayer. It is a valuable ministry for our church. I took a friend to Galleywood village market to support the local community. that was refreshing to get to know people in my community. i took some friends for lunch on sunday and had a country ride to Stock and had a walk in the bluebell woods and tea here afterwards. Sunday can be the busiest day of the week. i went to the SYM prayer meeting in the cathedral with the faithful few. The Lord knows our hearts. It was challenging. I have managed to mow my lawn last week and do few hours weeding. Also decluttered a cpboard in my prayer room. I took 3 big bags full to the charity shop. On sunday I took a friend to Oaklands Park for a walk after the morning service and we were interviewed for BBc Essex and the community Police had a long chat with us about her work among the young people. I did mention Elim Church she said she would pass it on. Anyway 2 people heard my voice on the breakfast show and repeated lunchtime. I must have said something good about the breaking of Prince William. I took a friend to the SOULING & Healing on Hall street with the CHURCHES TOGETHER IN CHELMSFORD. I t was profound and the move of God was tremendous. Don't we so need unity in Our churches these days. I went to the welcome team evening last night. The way forward for change was evident . to do what we do well even better. Today I went to a prayer meeting for persecuted christians, so needed these days. Planted some plants in my window box and pruned some shrubs. I wanted to do some painting and I did not have any brushes I'll have to postpone that. i decided to tackle my blog instead.
A THOUGHT
What God is doing in my life cannot be contained besides the ups and downs. God is so gracious He waits for us to ask Him before He does anything so that we can be involved. Our Redeemer dares to use us. AMEN !!!

March update

I've been 3 times for a 5 star lunch with different friends at the Princes restaurant, very good food and service and good value. A few of us have been meeting on a tuesday morning it has been really refreshing We were here this week. I shared a few thoughts on Isiah 41 and every body else gave their thoughts and worship and waiting on God and I read Ep 4:30-32 about forgiveness and felt we could have a time of quiet and forgive anybody quietly in our hearts and a time of prayer for each others needs. I'm reading a brilliant book entitled 'Total forgiveness' by RTKendall. I took a friend for an appointment in Broomfield hospital. I went to a meeting in CGC Sharon Stone spoke and at the end She prophesied for some people including me. I was blessed because I never thought it could be me. I went to Cliffs Pavillion to see Joseph and the technicolor dream coat with friends and my neighbour came as well, we had lunch there too. The choreagraphy was excellent and the singing but very modern. I meet with a friend one evening fortnightly it has been a blessing and encouraging to pray together. I took some friends to Maldon for lunch and look round the shops and called at Morrison's too. My washing machine was leaking it was blocked I'm so glad it is covered by insurance. Just when I couldn't use it for a few days I thought of everything I needed to wash.
A THOUGHT
In Isiah 41 what most spoke to me was that we need to be deep rooted like those trees that survive in a dessert by looking for water. We daily need living water to refresh us.

February news

Beginning of february i took my friend to the cheap shop in Tiptree she came out with a big bag with craft things. few started started a little group on tuesday morning it is lovely we meet in each others house and the host has to lead no pressure as the Holy Spirit leads us either with a word or a picture or a few thoughts and we wait on the Lord a lot. then we pray for each others needs. I went to see an ice skating show by a russian group with a friend and my neighbour at the cliffs pavillion it was brilliant. I went to a soap party at a friends place i came out with a few items and my friend too. i heard about soap bombs when you put it in the bath it goes all fizzy. i didn't buy any. I was touched at the creative worship evening. My quilling has improved I'm now finishing 3 bluetits.My lydia group has been encouraging we had been led to pray for young people and the Lord gave us bible verses too and the next week we heard about the 3 murders.i went 3 times to Princes restaurant for lunch with friends, tasty and reasonable meals. i had a friend come for prayer one morning then 2 came the next week. Also i have a friend come to pray one evening fortnoghtly. God has been moving last week we interceded for the church. i have been to 1 of Bob's & 2 of Pat's teaching in bible cafe and had to miss one or two i learnt a lot and had good dicussions so i'm waiting for the dvd. My friend came to stay the w/e 17th with her parents. they were going sunday morning then they decided to stay after church i had to quickly cook a meal before they went. I had the dinner on the table within 1 hour. i cooked prawn curry with potatoes rice and salad. the parents really enjoyed the service at church. Healing rooms has been very busy and we have seen people healed. we had a team teaching last week. I went to SYM prayer meeting with 2 friends. It was brilliant and encouraging. I took 2 of the helpers to Mill race for lunch because 1 it was her birthday so her friend came too and 2 of my friends they really enjoyed it i came out with flowers and a keyring with white stones for £6.99 can you imagine I don't know why i still bought it. i got a lovely skirt for a wedding one day in T_Max. i took my neighbour to Ingatestone nursery for lunch and a browse we both came out with a bag. Friendship evangelism. I'm trying to blog at least once a month. I did fit my parttime job Honest!!!. Last sunday I had friends for tea I made pancakes with steamed bananas and mangoes. Yesterday I had a friend from Vambridge come the weather was so good She so enjoyed it after seeing his exhibition in london. i gave out 3 cards in Welcome team today. I watched the eclipse for 1 hour last night, a clear night, very exciting. Last week I tried to blog then i had problems with my password when i tried on monday it said disabled so i had to update it.
